Monthly Financial Report

Analytical overview of monthly system and operational expenditure.

1. Overview

High-level financial metrics and trends are aggregated and reported on the first Friday of each calendar month.

2. Operational Logic

Workflow logic for monthly aggregation follows the standard financial analysis pipeline:

  • Data Source: NocoDB transactions table.
  • Processing: Monthly summation and category distribution analysis.
  • Reporting: Delivery of the comprehensive report to the designated Discord channel.

3. Status

The formal documentation for the monthly report workflow is currently under development. Implementation details will be populated as the system matures.
